Naknada za lučko peljarenje na području Lučke kapetanije Zadar:

Osnovna Naknada : kod dolaska / odlaska brodova u / iz luke Zadar i Gaženica primjenjuje se osnovna naknada.

Osnovna Naknada : kod dolaska / odlaska brodova u / iz Lamjana, Sukošan i druge luke na području lučke kapetanije Zadar, osnovna naknada se uvećava za 20%.

Dodatne naknade za lučko peljarenje I.

(primjenjuju se na osnovnu naknadu A i to u sljedećim slučajevima):

- Osnovica za obračun naknade je bruto tonaža (BT) plovnog objekta u skladu s odredbama Međunarodne konvencije o baždarenju brodova, 1969. (»Narodne novine – Međunarodni ugovori« broj 1/92) kako je naznačena u brodskoj svjedodžbi odnosno drugoj odgovarajućoj ispravi plovnog objekta.

- Ukoliko brodska svjedodžba, odnosno druga odgovarajuća isprava iz stavka 2. ovoga članka nije dostupna, kao osnovica za obračun naknade mjerodavna je bruto tonaža kako je naznačena u Hrvatskom integriranom pomorskom informacijskom sustavu (u daljnjem tekstu: CIMIS) odnosno upisniku plovnih objekata hrvatske državne pripadnosti.

- U slučaju kada se ne mogu primijeniti odredbe stavaka 2. i 3. ovoga članka, za izračun visine naknade primjenjuje se formula prikazana u Prilogu 9. koji čini sastavni dio ovoga Pravilnika.

- Za peljarenje brodova čija bruto tonaža prelazi maksimalno navedenu u tablici iz Priloga 8. ovoga Pravilnika, obračunava se dodatan iznos naknade za svaku dodatnu bruto tonu broda 0,033 €.

- za peljarenje unutar luke, prilikom premještanja broda s veza na vez, pomicanja uzduž obale, odnosno prilikom okretanja broda na istom vezu, naknada se uvećava za 70 %, odnosno 50 % u slučaju putničkog broda koji plovi na redovnoj liniji u nacionalnoj plovidbi.

- kad je došlo do ukrcaja peljara na brod, a manevar dolaska/odlaska ili premještanja broda je odgođen trajno, krivnjom broda, visina naknade obračunava se u cijelosti.

- kad je došlo do ukrcaja peljara na brod, a manevar dolaska/odlaska ili premještanja broda je odgođen privremeno na više od 1 sat, krivnjom broda, visina naknade se uvećava 25 % za svaki sat odgode.

- ako je usluga peljarenja naručena, a došlo je do kašnjenja dolaska ili odlaska broda u/iz luku ili otkazivanja namjere ticanja luke i ako o kašnjenju ili otkazivanju ticanja peljar nije obavješten minimalno dva sata prije predviđenog dolaska ili odlaska broda naknada se naplaćuje u visini od 50 %.

- kod peljarenja broda namijenjenog prijevozu nafte ili naftnih derivata, prijevoz plina i kemikalija, naknada A povećava se za 20%, osim ako je prazan brod u posjedu "Svjedodžbe o degazaciji tankova".

- za pružanje usluge lučkog peljarenja broda koji prevozi opasne tvari Klase 1 sukladno IMDG kodeksu, naknada se uvećava za 20 %

- Za brod čiji zapovjednik posjeduje svjedodžbu o osposobljenosti iz članka 24. stavka 1. točke 2. ovoga Pravilnika (PORT PEC) za pojedinu luku odnosno lučko područje, peljarsko društvo ima pravo na naplatu 50 % osnovne naknade.

- Za brod čiji zapovjednik posjeduje svjedodžbu o osposobljenosti iz članka 24. stavka 1. točke 3. ovoga Pravilnika (COASTAL PEC) za određeno područje plovidbe, peljarsko društvo ima pravo na naplatu 50 % osnovne naknade.

- Kod peljarenja posebnih plovnih objekata kao što su platforme i plutajući dokovi, naknada za uslugu peljarenja naplaćuje se 350 € na sat po angažiranom peljaru.

- kod peljarenja RO-RO putničkih brodova prilikom mijenjanja veza u luci koje se tretira kao jedno peljarenje, naknada A se povećava za 50%.

- u slučaju peljarenja broda bez upotrebe brodskog pogona (stroja), odnosno broda s neispravnim kormilarskim uređajem, sidrenim vitlima, vitlima za pritezanje broda, tj. neispravnim tehničkim sredstvima neophodnim za obavljanje manevra, naknada A povećava se za 70%.

- u slučaju potrebe za angažiranjem drugog peljara, naknada A se povećava za 50%.

- prijevoz peljara sa obale na brod i obrnuto do unutarnje peljarske stanice uračunat je u osnovnu tarifu.

- za prijevoz peljara do obalne peljarske stanice i obrnuto naplaćuje se naknada za upotrebu peljarske brodice u iznosu od 20 € po nautičkoj milji..

- uvećana naknada u iznosu od 20 % naplaćuje se za pružanje usluga peljarenja pri dolasku i odlasku broda iz svih luka i pristaništa koja nisu navedena u niže prikazanoj tablici, a za sve luke i pristaništa koja su udaljena 35 kilometara i više od sjedišta peljarskog društva naknada za peljarenje se uvećava za 35%. U slučaju pružanja usluge peljarenja brodova koji tiču luke na otocima koji nisu povezani s kopnom mostom, osim uvećane naknade za peljarenje u iznosu od 20 %, peljar ima pravo na pokriće troškova smještaja i prijevoza

Dodatne naknade za lučko peljarenje II.

Do uvećanja naknade za lučko peljarenje, dolazi i u sljedećim slučajevima:

1. ako se usluga peljarenja obavlja u periodu od 22:00 do 06:00 sati, naknada se uvećava za 50 %

2. ako se usluga peljarenja obavlja subotom i nedjeljom, naknada za peljarenje se uvećava za 50 %

3. ako se usluga peljarenja obavlja blagdanom ili praznikom, naknada se uvećava za 100 %.

Prethodno navedene dodatne naknade iz točke 1, 2 i 3 ne mogu biti kumulativne.


Naknada za obalno peljarenje u unutrašnjim morskim vodama i teritorijalnom moru Republike Hrvatske:

- naknada A:

- naknada B: obalno peljarenje od 50 do 150 NM
- naknada C: obalno peljarenje preko 150 NM

Dodatne naknade za obalno peljarenje I. (primjenjuju se na naknadu A, B ili C i to za):

- usluge obalnog peljarenja broda namijenjenog prijevozu nafte ili naftnih derivata, prijevoz plina, i prijevoz kemikalija, naknada A, B ili C povećava se za 20%, osim ako je prazan brod u posjedu "Svjedodžbe o degazaciji tankova". Brodar je dužan osigurati peljaru smiještaj i ishranu kao časnicima broda.

- za pružanje usluge obalnog peljarenja plovnom ili plutajućem objektu bez upotrebe brodskog pogona (stroja), odnosno broda s neispravnim kormilarskim uređajem, sidrenim vitlima ili vitlima za pritezanje broda, naknada A, B ili C uvećava se za 70 %.

- ako se zbog nepovoljnih meteorološko-oceanoloških uvjeta, neplanirano produži vrijeme peljarenja, plaća se naknada u iznosu od 100 EUR za svaki sat dodatnog rada peljara.

- ako je potrebno koristiti usluge dodatnih peljara, naknada A, B ili C uvećava se za 50 % za svakog dodatnog peljara.

- Za prijevoz peljara do obalne peljarske stanice i obrnuto naplaćuje se naknada za upotrebu peljarske brodice u iznosu od 20 € po nautičkoj milji

Dodatne naknade za obalno peljarenje II.

Do uvećanja naknade A, B ili C, te naknade za upotrebu peljarske brodice za obalno peljarenje također dolazi u sljedećim slučajevima:

1. ako se usluga peljarenja obavlja u periodu od 22:00 do 06:00 sati, naknada A, B ili C uvećava se za 50 %

2. ako se usluga peljarenja i čekanja obavlja subotom i nedjeljom, naknada A, B ili C uvećava se za 50 %

3. ako se usluga peljarenja obavlja blagdanom i praznikom, naknada A, B ili C uvećava se za 100 %.

Prethodno navedene dodatne naknade iz točke 1, 2 i 3 ne mogu biti kumulativne.

 


 

Tariffs – port pilotage:

The fees for port pilotage in the area of port authorities Zadar:

- A basic fee is applied for the arrival/departure of vessels to/from the ports of Zadar and Gaženica.

- For the arrival/departure of vessels to/from Lamjana, Sukošan, and other ports within the jurisdiction of the Zadar Port Authority, the basic fee is increased by 20%.

Additional fees for port pilotage I.

(applied to basic fee in following cases):

- The basis for calculating the fee is the vessel's gross tonnage (GT), in accordance with the provisions of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969 (Official Gazette – International Treaties, No. 1/92), as stated in the ship’s certificate or other relevant documentation.

- If the ship's certificate or other relevant documentation referred to in paragraph 2 is not available, the basis for calculating the fee shall be the gross tonnage as recorded in the Croatian Integrated Maritime Information System (CIMIS) or in the register of vessels flying the Croatian flag.

- If the provisions of paragraphs 2 and 3 cannot be applied, the fee shall be calculated according to the formula in Annex 9, which is an integral part of this Regulation.

- For vessels whose gross tonnage exceeds the maximum specified in the table in Annex 8 of this Regulation, an additional charge of €0.033 per GT shall be applied for each additional gross ton.

- For pilotage within a port, when shifting a vessel from one berth to another, moving along the quay, or turning at the same berth, the fee is increased by 70%, or by 50% in the case of a passenger vessel operating on a scheduled national route.

- If a pilot boards the vessel and the maneuver for arrival/departure or relocation is permanently postponed due to the vessel’s fault, the full fee is charged.

- If a pilot boards the vessel and the maneuver is temporarily postponed for more than 1 hour due to the vessel’s fault, the fee is increased by 25% for each hour of delay.

- If pilotage service is ordered and there is a delay in the vessel’s arrival/departure or cancellation of port call, and the pilot is not informed at least two hours before the scheduled time, 50% of the fee is charged.

- For pilotage of vessels carrying oil or oil products, gas, or chemicals, the basic fee A is increased by 20%, unless the vessel is empty and holds a "Gas-Free Certificate" for the tanks.

- For pilotage of vessels carrying dangerous substances of Class 1 in accordance with the IMDG Code, the fee is increased by 20%.

- For a vessel whose master holds a Certificate of Competency as defined in Article 24, paragraph 1, item 2 of this Regulation (PORT PEC) for a specific port or port area, the pilotage company is entitled to charge 50% of the basic fee.

- For a vessel whose master holds a Certificate of Competency as defined in Article 24, paragraph 1, item 3 of this Regulation (COASTAL PEC) for a certain navigation area, the pilotage company is entitled to charge 50% of the basic fee.

- For pilotage of special vessels such as platforms and floating docks, the pilotage service fee is charged at €350 per hour per engaged pilot.

- For RO-RO passenger vessels changing berths within a port, treated as a single pilotage service, the basic fee A is increased by 50%.

- In the case of pilotage of a vessel without the use of its propulsion (engine), or a vessel with defective rudder systems, anchor winches, mooring winches, or any essential maneuvering equipment, the basic fee A is increased by 70%.

- In the event of the need to engage a second pilot, the basic fee A is increased by 50%.

- Transport of the pilot from shore to the vessel and vice versa to the inner pilot station is included in the basic fee.

- For transport of the pilot to and from the coastal pilot station, a charge of €20 per nautical mile is applied for the use of the pilot boat.

- A surcharge of 20% is applied for pilotage services at the arrival and departure of vessels from all ports and harbors not listed in the table below. For ports and harbors located 35 kilometers or more from the pilot station headquarters, a surcharge of 35% applies. For islands not connected to the mainland by a bridge, in addition to the 20% surcharge, the pilot is entitled to reimbursement of accommodation and travel expenses.

Additional fees for port pilotage II.

1. If the pilotage service is provided between 22:00 and 06:00 hours, the fee is increased by 50%.

2. If the pilotage service is provided on Saturdays or Sundays, the fee is increased by 50%.

3. If the pilotage service is provided on a public holiday or national holiday, the fee is increased by 100%.

Note: The additional charges stated in points 1, 2, and 3 are not cumulative.

Additional fees for coastal pilotage I.( applied to fee A,B or C for):

- For coastal pilotage services provided to vessels transporting oil or oil derivatives, gas, or chemicals, the fee A, B, or C is increased by 20%, unless the vessel is empty and holds a valid "Tank Gas-Free Certificate." The shipowner is obliged to provide the pilot with accommodation and meals equivalent to those provided to the ship’s officers.

- For coastal pilotage services provided to vessels or floating objects without the use of their propulsion (engine), or vessels with malfunctioning steering systems, anchor winches, or mooring winches, the fee A, B, or C is increased by 70%.

- If the duration of pilotage is unexpectedly extended due to adverse meteorological or oceanographic conditions, an additional fee of €100 is charged for each hour of the pilot’s extended service.

- If the engagement of additional pilots is required, the fee A, B, or C is increased by 50% for each additional pilot.

- For the transportation of the pilot to and from the coastal pilot station, a fee of €20 per nautical mile is charged for the use of the pilot boat.

 

Additional fees for port pilotage II.

The pilotage fees A, B, or C, as well as the fee for the use of the pilot boat for coastal pilotage, shall also be increased in the following cases:

  1. If the pilotage service is performed between 22:00 and 06:00 hours, the fee A, B, or C is increased by 50%.
  2. If the pilotage and waiting service is performed on Saturdays or Sundays, the fee A, B, or C is increased by 50%.
  3. If the pilotage service is performed on a public holiday or national holiday, the fee A, B, or C is increased by 100%.

Note: The additional charges specified under items 1, 2, and 3 are not cumulative.
